mm in my own words type of thing :D Well let’s see..

My name is Kimberly Tasha Thompson, really, my dad says that my middle name, Tasha, really should have been Zasha, but due to some error, it turned out Tasha. Which is really strange because at the same time I had a dalmation named Tasha and well, I dislike my middle name :D …

I am about 5′4″ I am the mother of two children, Walker and Brin. Walker I had when I was 20, a few months before I turned 21. Brin I had about two years later.. Walker was born November 12th, 2002. And Brin was born October 13th, 2004. I took Walker’s name from the “Sword of Shannara” series written by Terry Brooks. Specifically the book “The Druid of Shannara”. I also named my daughter Brin from the same series, her’s was a bit before Walker’s story.. Brin came in at the “Wishsong of Shannara“. Regardless, I am a fantasy nut! I am currently reading books written by Tamaora Pierce.. I really enjoy her style.

I love right now, to watch the old X-files, seasons 1-4 specifically, I really don’t like it when it turned all Alien Conspiracy.. I throughly enjoyed the seasons when it was strange and unusual.. I also am watching Quantum Leap.. which I am finding I enjoy as well! …

I have Green eyes and as you can tell, I flip through different subjects a lot. I right now, for work run a site called Tag-board.com . And for fun, I run the site “The Quilting Bee” Which is a great deal of work, and it takes a rather large chunk of my day, but I really enjoy doing it. I also have started another site called Faerie-light, which will be a collection of my art, my stories my pictures, and my childrens pictures..

I live in South Carolina at the moment, though I am not overly fond of it.. I miss the mountains, I really dislike the ocean. I dislike the ocean because its well, so incredibly large. We really do not know its depths, and that scares me to a degree. I love to swim though, and most creatures of the sea fascinate me, however I am just not a beach person. But I am from California which most people assume that I would like the beach being from there.. But alas.. I don’t.

I really don’t like to talk Politics with people or Religion, I find that it breeds arguments on both ends that I rather just not get into.. but personally I believe that everything has an essence.. That that essence cannot be described.. but it must be respected. When you cut down a tree, for instance, you are killing a living breathing thing. I am not entirely sure if there is a higher being but I do not believe that we were created by a benevelont being I believe in the evolution theory.. I would be close to a taoist or druid. So that is what I claim..

I have lived a good deal in my short life.. I have delt with many things that I do not think is appropriate to share with random strangers.. I enjoy the wisdom that I have gained through my trials I just wish that I did not have to gain it the way I did.. My mother and my Father are both pretty much strangers to me.. I rarely talk to either of them. I don’t exactly undrestand the parental relationship on that end. I was raised by many different people. In many different styles.

My Childhood was short.. very short compared to some, But I learned a lot through it, and was exposed to many different things. For that reason I don’t get along with my peers, I find them too immature, most of the people I get along with are older than I am.. I love to learn, and I love to listen to stories, and so I am drawn to older people I suppose in that end.

I am an aries, true and full blooded.. I am stubborn as hell on some things, other’s not so much. I am a natural leader.. but sometimes I wish it was not so. I’ve never been able to be a sheep, but at times it’s hard leading the pack. (No I am not that coincieted just truthful).

Moving on… I like to play a lot of RPG’s .. my dad was actually the one that got me into RPG’s and coincidently he also was the one that got me into Terry Brooks Novels.. My dad used to play D & D when I was younger, so I picked it up also.. now I play a slew of muds, moos, MMO’s, and other RPG’s.. With my RPG characters I like to create backgrounds for them and sometimes short stories.. Sometimes, when the mood is right, I can create long stories in depth and exciting ,other times I find I am simply not in the mood.

I also play a few other games, I really like Pictionary, and Boggle, sometimes I can play scrabble, and Yahtzee. I like matching games, and chess, though most people refuse to play me at chess. I am not really good at math, but I am I really good at strategies. My gift was really in english (though as you can tell I am not big on the whole run off sentence thing…).

I love the night, and I am drawn to the more darker things of life. Mostly because I think I understand them more than most people. I am really into myths and legends. I also read a lot about serial killers and mass murderer’s.. though I am not sure why it fascinate’s me.. but alas it does. I’ve met a great deal of people through my journey. Some I am still friends with .. but most have faded away.. I live by a great principle and that is .. “Only people worth knowing are the ones that give you A) Warmth, B) Love, or C) Intelligence..” .. I learned that from my stepmother’s friend L-Z. I don’t hate anyone, I really don’t like the word “Hate” its a powerful word that people often don’t pay attention to the meaning behind it.. or the roots of the word.. I think its a horrible word. Though I do dislike some things. …

I always thought I was a cat person, then when I as about 12 I thought I was a dog person, and then around 16 I found out I was a cat person again! heh right now I have a dog and a cat.. Myst has been with me since I was pregnant with Walker!! and Kasey I adopted for my birthday in 2005. In addition to that, I love reptiles, and amphibians…
